This weekend was crazy! We had so much fun! But as of yesterday I am back on track. Funny how one little trip to New Orleans can send your diet into a tizzy!
I've been holding steady at staying on target with my daily calories, but exercise has been non-existent since Friday. So I'm back on W4D1 today, then again Thursday and Sat. I'm hoping to get back to my normal schedule of Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday or Friday next week.
