So.... I'm going to restart the C25K program and then move on to B210K I think.
I may not start at Week 1, because I have actually been running, albiet not consistantly. I'll just see how it goes that first day and what I feel like I can handle.
Back when I first started the C25K program, I didn't "think" about it. I just went out and did it. I really believe that I need to get back to that.
