A year in pictures

I never did an actual "One Year" post when I hit my year mark on the 7th.   And I was looking back through my blog pictures on Picasa and thought I'd share a few of them.

It's apparent that hard work and dedication truly do pay off.  I'm really proud of how far I've come.  I may not lose as fast as I want, but I am making progress slowly but surely and I have learned so so much about myself in this process.

Anyway enough talking, here are the pics!  (And by request, a cat one too...)

  2. You are doing great. I have not seen the hundreds in years I have until April of 2015 to loose at least 60 lbs I am getting there and hope to be in the hundreds by the new year.
