Same shirt, roughly 6 months later. I wore this shirt a few days ago and it seems a little bit slimmer.
Maybe I am grasping but I really need something positive since the scale is evil!
Tennis backhand clinic is tonight so this will be the first time since Saturday that I'll get to play! Pretty excited about that. Also the plan is to hit the gym and do weights before too.
I'm also toying with the idea of getting Chris to hide the scale. I haven't completely decided to do this yet but it will depend on what it says next Wednesday. I'm pretty much feeling like the scale has been an albatross hanging around my neck. Maybe if I can shift the focus back to my eating and my exercise and not dwell on it, maybe, just maybe I can free myself of this plateau. Maybe I can even hold off until my birthday (40th coming up in July - ACK!). So I'll have a few days to think on this if I want to do it or not. What do you guys think? I feel like I'm a broken record with being between 186-192 since August and I know y'all are tired of me complaining about it.
Oh! I did also hit the 100 day streak milestone of logging in MFP last week! So yay! Another NSV!
