Day 3 of Fleurty's End of Summer Challenge is here and I've really been doing well so far. I've only broken one of my goals and that was because I wanted to see what the scale said this morning. So this may be my last Weigh In linkup for a few weeks anyway since now I know.
Last week I've been hyper vigilant with watching my food intake, measuring my portions and just eating healthier (and no beer AND no potato chips). So I really wanted to see if I lost any from last week because I felt like I did.
BOOM! Amazing. Down 2.6! It's like a lightbulb moment. With me, it really is coming down to my food choices and the good thing is now I know how to maintain. Now let's just see if I can keep this momentum going. Staying off the scale is going to be really hard these next few weeks but I really want my concentration to be on my food and not on the scale.

Oh and I want to give a HUGE shoutout to That Loud Redhead for pointing me in the right direction on how to fix the activities on the calendar of the Garmin Connect website! I swear I scoured that website up and down and those stupid little faint lines were just not noticeable.

Needless to say, it's been a really awesome last couple of days and seeing a 2.6 pound loss made it even sweeter. Happy weigh in day everyone!
